Respondents included IPC training alumni, their direct supervisors, and co-workers working in primary health centers across 10 districts/city in West Java Province. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive statistics, difference tests, correlation analysis, and regression. Results: The alumni demonstrated high levels of knowledge, attitudes, and skill application; however, post-training behavioral change scores were relatively lower. Implementation of the Follow-up Plan showed a strong and consistent association with post-training behavioral change and emerged as the only significant predictor in the linear regression model. The logistic regression model revealed that self-assessment, action plan implementation, and enabling factors jointly contributed to a higher likelihood of behavioral change, although none were individually significant. Conclusion: This study concludes that behavioral outcomes of IPC training are largely determined by effective implementation of Follow-up Plans and supportive workplace environments. Strengthening the Action Plan mechanisms and integrating post-training evaluation based on the Kirkpatrick Model are therefore essential for enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of health training programs.

Tuti Surtimanah, Setia Kahadiwan, Ade Ana Asmara, Irna Avianti, Irfan Nafis Sjamsuddin ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ejurnal.stikesdhb.ac.id/index.php/Jsm/article/view/576 Mon, 16 Feb 2026 00:00:00 SE Asia Standard Time EFEKTIVITAS SENI USIK WIWITAN DALAM MENURUNKAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN PADA PENYINTAS KANKER DI YAYASAN TANGAN BAIK INSANI https://ejurnal.stikesdhb.ac.id/index.php/Jsm/article/view/580
Background: Problems in psychological aspects, such as anxiety disorders. However, some hospitals remain non-compliant with reporting requirements, necessitating a comprehensive evaluation of the underlying challenges. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate compliance with NQI reporting in hospitals that have never submitted reports by analyzing input, process, and output factors influencing its implementation. Methods: A qualitative study with an evaluative approach was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. Informants included the Hospital Quality Assurance Officer and the Quality Team of the West Java Provincial Health Office. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis based on the Input–Process–Output (IPO) framework. Results: Compliance with NQI reporting was influenced by input factors, including staff knowledge and understanding, availability of infrastructure, the presence of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training. In the process component, technical application issues, reporting delays, and suboptimal internal monitoring were identified. From the output perspective, non-compliance affected hospital accreditation processes and highlighted the need for technical guidance and capacity-building from the Health Office. Conclusion: Compliance with NQI reporting is strongly influenced by input readiness, smooth reporting processes, and supportive evaluation and supervision. Strengthening staff capacity, improving system and application support, and ensuring consistent internal monitoring are essential to enhance NQI reporting compliance.
Gugum Pamungkas, Intan Ananda Putri ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ejurnal.stikesdhb.ac.id/index.php/Jsm/article/view/582 Mon, 16 Feb 2026 00:00:00 SE Asia Standard Time DISKUSI KELOMPOK FOKUS YANG DIPIMPIN TEMAN SEBAYA MELALUI PIK-R UNTUK MENCEGAH TRIAD KRR REMAJA DI LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA https://ejurnal.stikesdhb.ac.id/index.php/Jsm/article/view/583
Background: Adolescents are a vulnerable age group to reproductive health problems known as the TRIAD of Adolescent Reproductive Health (TRIAD KRR), which includes risky sexual behavior, HIV/AIDS, and drug abuse. Limited knowledge and inappropriate attitudes toward reproductive health are factors that increase adolescents’ risk, particularly among junior high school students. Therefore, effective, participatory, and adolescent-friendly educational methods are needed to prevent TRIAD KRR. Methods: This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) as a method for preventing TRIAD KRR by involving the Youth Information and Counseling Center (PIK-R) as peer educators at SMP Global Nusantara. A quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test approach was used. The participants were adolescents at SMP Global Nusantara selected through total sampling. The intervention was conducted using Focus Group Discussions facilitated by PIK-R peer educators. Data on knowledge and attitudes were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using a paired t-test. Results: The results showed a significant increase in the mean scores of adolescents’ knowledge and attitudes after the implementation of the Focus Group Discussion intervention. Statistical analysis indicated a p-value < 0.05, demonstrating a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores for both knowledge and attitude variables. Conclusion: Focus Group Discussion involving PIK-R as peer educators is effective in improving adolescents’ knowledge and attitudes toward the prevention of TRIAD KRR.
